URGENT—Cat Colony loses caretaker, needs TNR and Emergency Medical Care
After arriving at this rural KY home, and driving down a long gravel road, the Guardians team was greeted by a disabled gentleman and his wife, as well as his 90-year old father, who was gently holding two tiny gray kittens. We were told, sadly, that the matriarch of the family had passed away just the week before. She had loved all the cats, and had faithfully fed them, along with the wildlife that wandered onto the property. That’s admirable, but feeding without sterilizing soon becomes disastrous and unmanageable. Fortunately, because Guardians has the support of animal lovers like you, we’re here in time to prevent this from becoming a tragedy—but we need your help to do it!
