Every day in Miami Dade County, dogs are thrown from vehicles, dumped on the sides of roads and left for dead by heartless, cruel people with no regard for life. Roo is no exception. Roo was found in the Redland area of Miami Dade County with two broken legs. This poor pup is only about 6 months old and was thrown like trash from a moving vehicle and left to suffer a slow, painful death. He was found motionless, dehydrated and completely weak. A nursery worker discovered him on the side road of a farm. The impact of his fall broke his elbows. The people that did this to him were not apprehended. They were true cowards and likely bolted from the scene immediately. Like all the abandoned dogs, Roo was dumped in back roads of acres and acres of farmland, in the dark of night. The people that did this are evil, twisted individuals. Roo is yet nother canine victim apparently thrown out of a moving vehicle. His front legs hit the ground on impact and he is in urgent need of orthopedic surgery where they will be re-broken, reset and pinned. Roo cannot walk at all with his front legs and is in a pain.
